Dileep - IIT and a Career in Data Science
Sometimes, the right support at the right moment can change the direction of a student’s life.
Siri Foundation helped Dileep in 2022 and Years later, Dileep shared a milestone with us: he received and accepted an offer to join Turing as a Data Scientist.
We are proud to share his story in his own words.
A Message from Dileep
“Good evening sir,
This is Dileep from the Siri Foundation. I have recently received and accepted an offer to join Turing as a Data Scientist!
I wanted to share this happy milestone with you, as your support from the foundation has played a major role in my journey.
Thank you again for your wishes sir and for believing in me.
In the future, I would definitely love to contribute to students like me who face financial difficulties and support them in their journey.”

How Siri Foundation Helped in His Journey - In Dileep’s words:
“When I was studying Intermediate, I had to clear my pending college fees before I could officially leave the college. Arranging that amount was difficult because I had already secured admission to IIT Palakkad and, at the same time, the Intermediate college fees were still unpaid.
During that period, both the IIT fees and the Intermediate fees created a lot of financial pressure for me and my parents. It was a stressful situation for our family.
At that crucial time, the support provided by Siri Foundation helped us immensely. It reduced the burden on my father and gave me peace of mind, allowing me to focus on my studies without constantly worrying about the financial situation.”
“In the future, I would definitely love to contribute to students like me who face financial difficulties and support them in their journey.”
That is exactly the circle of opportunity Siri Foundation hopes to create.
A student receives help when it matters most.
They complete their education.
They become independent.
And one day, they return to help another student move forward.
